WHAT'S NEW ON THIS PAGE?

Incase you haven't noticed, within the last 3 months companies have begun to giveaway free shares of stock left and right, and the quality is lacking. Now there are even companies that are giving away free shares but ONLY if you pay shipping and handling fees or if you buy the first however many shares and then you get some free. This can't be allowed to continue.

There's some leaders on the web who are keeping their eyes open and are alerting us to new offers, both seemingly legit, and shady. What they are going to do is keep track of these offers and make you aware of what they believe to be the good and bad off ers. Not only that, but they have alerted the SEC (Security and Exchange Committee) about each and everyone of the offers listed on this site. This has been done for your protection. There are sites out there now that are requesting Social Security numbers, handling fees, start up account fees etc, and this is not right. This is what the SEC is for, to protect the public from fraud and to provide guidelines to companies that wish to give away free stock.

What the SEC needs to do, and we will be pushing for this, is to set up guidelines on how to offer free shares of stock. Their general stance right now is that if you the surfer don't have to pay for free stocks and you are not being held liable then it is ok for companies to GIVE them away FREELY. Well, companies are stepping over these rules and it's got to stop.
